Club Meeting - 7:30pm - 11-19-08 - Clarky's - Scott @ 10:14 EDT

Hello Everyone,

Our next Club Meeting is on Wednesday, November 19th at 7:30pm at Clarky Mattison's on 23 Orchard Drive in Greenwich.

We would like to see as many members as possible since we have alot to do to prepare for the 2008-2009 Season.

With Hunting Season going from 11/15 - 12/15 we cannot work on trails but have alot to do as far as groomer maintainence, organization, information center fabrication and so on.

Please make all efforts to come or contact any of the club officers to find out what you can do to help.

Club Meeting Update/Trail Work, Saturday 11-8-2008 - Scott @ 09:05 EDT

Hello Everyone, Sorry about the confusion around our meeting last night. I picked the wrong week in October and the MFFD was taken. We waited around for everyone to show up and ended up heading to Dunkin Donuts to meet.

We would like to tackle the Derby Road Bridge on Saturday, November 8th, 9:00am meeting at the Bridge. The center beam needs replacement so if you plan on going please contact Cliff @ 692-7951 or Randy @ 692-7037 and let them know to expect you.

Sorry about the confusion and our next Club Meeting is 11-19, 7:30pm but at Clarkys house due to the Holiday Month.

Also our December meeting is on 12-19 at Clarky's and that will be a meeting/holiday party.

Saturday, October 25th - TRAIL WORK DAY! - Scott @ 12:54 EDT

Hello Everyone,

We are all meeting at 9:00AM at Dunkin Donuts on Route 29 in front of the Hannford Plaza just off the Circle.

We will be tacking the Ellis area and it is possible we will move equipment that day from the Perkins property to Tommy Larmon's. So bring your pick-up trucks, empty trailers and flat beds just in case.

OCTOBER 25th, 2008 TENTATIVE WORK DAY! - Scott @ 09:16 EDT

We have a Excavator Reserved to fix Ellis's as well as we would like to get all the club equipment moved.

As discussed in our 9-24-08 meeting these are major areas that need work. Riding will not occur until these areas are addressed.
-Ellis's in Argyle - 30ft wide standing water hole
-Derby's Bridge - Center beam in bridge split and half off
-Reid's Culvert - Washout
-Derby Trail
-Equipment/Shed moved from Perkin's to Larmon's
